How is this possible?
  • QHP Agreements: CMS requires states, federal regulators, and carriers to have a signed Certification Agreement completed by 9/21 of each year.
  • Official Process: Once filed, CMS begins loading in and testing the OEP plan data in their systems. Once they have confirmation, they pass the officially compiled data onto DE/EDE Partners to repeat the same loading and testing process. This is finalized for the 11/1 launch date, or best case at the end of October with a few days to spare.
  • SnapHealth's Process: When the final agreements are signed, we use four methods to gather the 100+ page filing from each carrier with the raw data and complete our own loading and testing process from 9/21 - 9/30. On October 1st we release the data to brokers partners in their respective states.

Selected states below have been carefully selected and  validated from sandbox testing. Brokers receive last year's data sandbox. On July 1, 2024, brokers who sign up receive the PY2024 sandbox to validate our formulas ahead of OEP.
